  • Migration Utility — guided steps to bring legacy licenses forward.
  • Billing & Payments — how renewals, payment methods, and credits work.
  • Rewards — earning points, tiers, and redeeming to coupons or credits.

Loyalty System

How you earn points

Points accumulate automatically through purchases, renewals, and milestones.

  • Renewals & Purchases: Every subscription renewal and activation bundle purchase awards points automatically.
  • Account Milestones: Celebrate 6 months, 1 year, 2 years with automatic anniversary bonuses.
  • Activation Milestones: Earn bonuses when you reach 5, 10, 20, or 50+ active servers.
  • Tier Upgrades: Bonus points when you reach Silver, Gold, or Platinum tiers.
  • Special Events: Migration bonuses, referral rewards, seasonal promotions, and birthday bonuses.
  • Long-term Rewards: Higher tiers may receive earning multipliers on renewals.

Good standing required

All earning and redemptions pause if your account has fraud holds, disputes, or suspended status. Clear those flags to resume.

Stripe vs PayPal customers

  • Stripe: Apply single-use coupons at checkout or convert points to site credits to offset invoices automatically.
  • PayPal: Site credits are the safest way to offset payments; coupons can still be used at checkout when offered.
  • Credits reduce due amounts; coupons apply as one-time discounts.

Coupons vs site credits

Coupons

  • Created from points in fixed blocks.
  • Single-use, usually time-limited (e.g., 30 days).
  • Applied during checkout to reduce that order.

Site credits

  • Converted from points at a published rate.
  • Live on your account balance and auto-apply to invoices.
  • Recommended for PayPal users to avoid checkout friction.

You can manage redemptions in the Rewards page inside the dashboard: convert points to coupons for one-time discounts or to site credits for automated offsets.
