Welcome to QuickBox Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickBox Pro website, services, software, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using QuickBox Pro, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

When you create an account with QuickBox Pro, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

QuickBox Pro is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, QuickBox Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

4.2 Subscription Plans

QuickBox Pro offers subscription-based access to our Services. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4.3 API Activations and Seats

Your subscription includes a specific number of API activations and user seats based on your chosen plan. Exceeding these limits may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5.1 Fees and Billing

All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send courtesy renewal reminder emails, but you are ultimately responsible for managing your subscription.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of QuickBox Pro or any third party
• Upload, distribute, or share malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our express written permission

7.1 QuickBox Pro Software

QuickBox Pro software is proprietary and licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License. The source code is encrypted and contains proprietary technology. All software, services, API infrastructure, dashboard features, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of QuickBox.IO.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of QuickBox Pro software. Redistribution, modification, or sublicensing requires explicit written permission from QuickBox.IO.

7.2 Trademarks

The QuickBox name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of QuickBox.IO. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

While we strive to provide reliable service, QuickBox Pro does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

QuickBox Pro integrates with various third-party applications and services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. QuickBox Pro is not responsible for third-party services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUICKBOX PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUICKBOX PRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickBox Pro from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or fraudulent activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account dashboard.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, please contact us through our Discord community to attempt informal resolution.

15.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

QuickBox Pro provides support exclusively through our Discord community. Active subscribers receive priority support from our team and community members.

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickBox Pro.

17.2 Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
