Our Refund Policy

All sales are final.

QuickBox Pro operates on a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all purchases, including new subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and additional seat purchases. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing under any circumstances.

Why We Have This Policy

Proprietary Software

QuickBox Pro is proprietary software licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License. The source code is encrypted and contains proprietary technology that is the exclusive property of QuickBox.IO. Due to the digital nature of our software and instant delivery of license keys, refunds are not practical once access has been granted.

Try Before You Buy

We provide multiple ways to evaluate QuickBox Pro before making a purchase:

Digital Service Nature

As a digital service with immediate access, refunds are impractical once API licenses and dashboard access have been granted. Once you receive your license keys and activate your servers, the service has been delivered.

Preventing Abuse

This policy protects the sustainability of the project and ensures fair treatment for all honest customers. It prevents users from obtaining license keys, deploying to servers, and then requesting refunds.

What This Policy Covers

New Subscriptions

Initial subscription purchases are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to test the live demo and join our Discord community to ask pre-sales questions before purchasing.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable. We send courtesy reminder emails, but you are responsible for managing your subscription.

Upgrades and Seat Purchases

Upgrading to a higher-tier plan or adding seats is non-refundable. Verify you need the additional features before upgrading.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits for the current period.

Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your QuickBox Pro account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm your cancellation

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your license keys will be deactivated
  • API access will be suspended
  • You will lose access to the customer dashboard
  • Account data retained for 90 days in case you wish to resubscribe

Payment Failures and Grace Periods

Grace Period (72 Hours)

If a subscription payment fails, QuickBox Pro provides a 72-hour grace period:

  • License status marked as suspended
  • API keys temporarily suspended
  • Dashboard access retained to update payment information

After Grace Period

If payment is not resolved within 72 hours:

  • License status changes to expired
  • API keys permanently deleted
  • Server activations deactivated
  • New subscription required to regain access

Important: No refunds are provided for services suspended or canceled due to payment failures.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Service Outages

In the rare event of extended service outages (72+ hours), we may provide service credits at our discretion. Credits can only be applied toward future subscription fees, not refunds.

Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., charged twice), contact us immediately through Discord. We will investigate and correct legitimate billing errors.

Account Termination by QuickBox Pro

If we terminate your account due to Terms of Service violations, no refund will be provided. This includes abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or illegal use.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is considered a violation of these Terms. If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All licenses and API keys will be revoked
  • You may be permanently banned from using QuickBox Pro services
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs

If you have a billing concern, please contact us through Discord before initiating a chargeback.

To ensure QuickBox Pro is right for you before purchasing:

  • Debian 13 (Trixie) or Ubuntu 22.04+ (LTS recommended)
  • 2GB+ RAM (4GB+ recommended for production)
  • Root or sudo access
  • Clean server installation (not recommended for servers running other control panels)

4. Read the Documentation

Review our comprehensive documentation to understand installation, configuration, and feature usage. This helps ensure QuickBox Pro meets your specific needs.

5. Start with Monthly Subscription

If you're uncertain about long-term commitment, start with a monthly subscription. You can always upgrade to annual billing later to save money.
