System Administration
The System Administration section provides tools for managing your server’s infrastructure and services. From issuing SSL certificates to monitoring VPN connections, managing API keys, and viewing system logs, these pages handle the operational side of running a QuickBox Pro server.
All System Administration pages require admin privileges. Each page has its own specific permission — see the individual page documentation for details.
What you can manage
SSL Certificates
Issue, renew, and manage Let's Encrypt certificates with HTTP or DNS challenge validation across 14 DNS providers
VPN Control
Manage WireGuard VPN peers, view active connections with geographic visualization, and configure app-scoped routing
API Settings
Manage Central API credentials, toggle telemetry, generate local API keys, and test endpoints interactively
Web Console
Built-in browser-based terminal with full PTY support — a custom module integrated directly into the dashboard, no separate application needed
App Templates
Customize how applications appear in the dashboard — labels, descriptions, display modes, and navigation
System Logs
View audit events and stream application log files in real time
Updates & Changelog
Check for QuickBox CLI and dashboard updates, view changelogs, and trigger update operations

Permissions overview
Each System Administration page is gated by a specific permission. Admins can fine-tune access through the role-based access control system:
